Attorney

Natalie Kim

Natalie is dedicated to guiding clients through emotionally complex cases with clarity, compassion, and practical support.

"It’s okay to seek help. That’s what I’m here for as an attorney — to meet clients where they’re at and guide them through the next steps."

Natalie Kim is a first-generation attorney who brings warmth, clarity, and a strong sense of advocacy to every client relationship. Originally from New York and raised in Michigan, Natalie moved to Chicago for law school to pursue her passion for family law.

Before joining O. Long Law, Natalie built a strong foundation in child and family law through her work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and later as a 711-licensed law student with the Civitas Child Law Clinic. These experiences inspired her commitment to supporting children and families through some of life’s most difficult transitions.

Natalie earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Andrews University before pursuing her J.D. at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While at Loyola, she earned a Certificate in Child and Family Law and completed coursework specifically in child welfare, domestic violence advocacy, and education law.

Fluent in English and Korean, Natalie is committed to making the legal process more accessible and empowering for her clients. She values direct communication, practical support, and the opportunity to serve as a guide through emotionally complex cases.

Outside of the office, Natalie likes to explore new restaurants and cafes, craft, or spend quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and makes time each year for a dedicated trip with her sisters. As part of her long-term vision, Natalie looks forward to becoming a Guardian ad Litem and Child Representative, continuing her mission to advocate for children.
