Accountability for Violating Divorce Judgment

After the other party in a client’s divorce did not follow the terms of the couple’s divorce judgment, we obtained court order to hold them accountable. The court order equalized the bank accounts the parties had, required the other party to pay child-related expenses, and divided their retirement account.
